Center Point Development has announced plans to launch the final phase of the Harmony project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

This phase accounts for 35% of the project, as 65% of the total project has already been sold, equivalent to approximately EGP 450 mn. The total sales of the project are estimated to reach EGP 750 mn.

Excavation work and concrete pouring have already commenced in accordance with the project’s schedule, following the acquisition of drilling permits and approval of all engineering drawings. The Harmony project, set to be delivered in 2026, is a commercial, administrative, and medical development spanning a ground floor and 10 recurring floors. It is situated on the eastern axis in the Downtown area of the NAC.

Center Point Development has enlisted Arcrete Engineering Consultants as the engineering consultant for the Harmony project, ensuring the highest quality standards. Additionally, Incomercial Real Estate Leasing & Investment has been contracted for the management and operation of the project.

Wael Adel, the head of the commercial sector at Center Point Development, also mentioned another project called “Zed” in the Fifth Settlement. The project, named after being constructed on the last available plot of land in the area, spans 3,117 sqm. It consists of a ground floor, a first commercial floor, and a second administrative and medical floor. Located in Al Mahkma Square, an area with high residential density, Zed is situated near Al Salam International Hospital, Naseem Hospital, and four international schools. The first phase of the “Zed Mall” has been put up for sale.
