La Vita Development has announced the launch of its new project, La Vita 2 North Coast, following the successful marketing and implementation of the La Vita 1 project, Invest-Gate reports.

Amr Abdel Aziz, Chairman of La Vita Development, emphasized the company’s commitment to high work standards and stated that the success of the La Vita 1 project encouraged them to launch La Vita 2 on the North Coast. The project will include units of various sizes, and the trust and confidence shown by customers will contribute to the company’s ambitious expansion plans.

The La Vita 2 project will consist of 160 units with sizes ranging from 50 to 90 sqm. These units are designed to maximize their functionality. The necessary licenses for the project have been obtained, and delivery is expected to commence within two years.

Ramy Abdel Aziz, Vice Chairman of La Vita Development, emphasized the company’s approach to implementing projects gradually. The launch of La Vita 2 follows the successful completion and delivery of the La Vita 1 project. This approach allows potential customers to view a completed model before making a purchase. It also reflects the company’s adherence to a well-planned strategy, which further strengthens its expansion plans.

He explained that the clients of the La Vita 2 project can enjoy all the services of the La Vita 1 project and spend the summer season of 2024 in the project. The units are being implemented fully finished, with a payment system of up to five years, and a down payment starting from 25%.
