Winvestor Development celebrated its first year in the Egyptian market by successfully launching its inaugural project “I Sheraton”, the first smart compound in the Sheraton area of New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The company also announced the release of its second phase with convenient payment plans for its clients.

Hisham Ibrahim, the Managing Director of Winvestor Development, expressed gratitude to the company’s team and work groups and the successful partnerships that significantly contributed to the success of the initial phase of the “I Sheraton” project.

Moreover, Ibrahim revealed that the second phase aims to offer residential units with smaller areas starting from 66 sqm, meeting the demands of Winvestor’s clients during the first phase. Recently, Winvestor contracted with Post Tension Contracting (PTC), specializing in modern construction technology using post-tensioned concrete.

That said, Criteria Design Group was enlisted as the architectural and engineering consultant for the project, Ashranda Boutique Hotel to manage the hotel segment, and IMS Solution to provide comprehensive marketing and investment consultancy, aiming to add value to the project by implementing top engineering, environmental, and marketing standards.
