Space Tank for Managing Commercial Facilities and Service Centers has launched its business in the Egyptian market, Invest-Gate reports.

The company has already secured contracts for four commercial malls, spanning approximately 100,000 sqm of rental space, in collaboration with three major real estate developers in locations such as the Fifth Settlement, the New Administrative Capital (NAC), and Sheikh Zayed. Additionally, Space Tank is involved in managing amusement parks and entertainment areas.

The company is also studying the development of two ongoing projects to optimize their potential, conducting comprehensive studies for these endeavors.

In 2024, Space Tank aims to expand its operations to cover all governorates in Egypt, including the Northern Coast, with the goal of acquiring new projects featuring commercial areas ranging from 150,000 to 200,000 sqm.

The company is actively working on implementing various contracts related to development and reviewing designs for commercial centers across different projects in different governorates and cities, particularly within the NAC.

Space Tank distinguishes itself by its ability to develop through leasing and selling commercial units, as well as attracting renowned international brands to contribute to the management of international entertainment and marketing centers in Egypt.

Leveraging its global expertise and partnerships in real estate consulting and management of commercial facilities, service centers, and entertainment parks, Space Tank intends to expand its business into numerous new projects in the foreseeable future. The company has already achieved significant success in developing a renowned amusement park in the Fifth Settlement, located in front of District Five.
