Walaa Alami, Chairman of Sorouh Developments, said that despite global economic challenges and the increased costs of building materials and implementation, Sorouh Developments delivered projects with the highest quality standards, surpassing its sales target by over 150% and achieving strong implementation rates throughout the year.

Alami added that by the end of 2023, Sorouh Developments had commenced the delivery of units in the Entrada project, an integrated residential project located in the R7 area of the New Administrative Capital (NAC). This project represents the company’s first venture in the NAC and is being executed with the utmost attention to quality.

Alami revealed the company’s plan to launch a new project in 2024. The final details of this project are currently being finalized to ensure its distinctiveness and uniqueness.
