City Edge Developments has recently signed an agreement with Oscar Market Group to inaugurate a new branch at Etapa Square Mall in Sheikh Zayed City, Invest-Gate reports.

The signing ceremony, attended by Mohamed AlDahan, CEO of City Edge Developments; Hesham Jahin, CFO of City Edge Developments; and Maged Ayad, Chairman & Founder of Oscar Market Group, marked a significant collaboration.

Moreover, the new Oscar Market branch will occupy an area of 3,160 sqm and is expected to be operational and ready to welcome customers within eight months from the agreement’s signing date.

Furthermore, AlDahan stated, “We are delighted to enter into this agreement with Oscar Market Group, the first local hypermarket offering an enjoyable shopping experience since 1982, with branches spanning across the east and west of Cairo.”

The Etapa Square Mall project is a mixed-use development distinguished by innovative and unique designs on terraced levels, providing stunning views for all project units.

Notably, covering an area of 14 acres with a built-up area of approximately 114,000 sqm, the project includes diverse administrative, commercial, medical, and recreational units, strategically located in the heart of Sheikh Zayed, just nine minutes away from the axis.
