ADVA Developments, a sustainable player in the Egyptian market, has inked a collaboration agreement with EGEC, a leading engineering consultancy in Egypt with over 30 years of experience, Invest-Gate reports.

The partnership is set to oversee the execution of the ADVIDA project in New Sheikh Zayed City.

Focused on enhancing project quality and safety, the collaboration aims to ensure the highest quality and sustainability standards in infrastructure.

The agreement was signed by Ahmed Hussein Al Shennawy, Chairman & Managing Director of ADVA, and Ehab Rashed, CEO of EGEC, in the presence of Menna El Ebrashy, Vice President of ADVA Developments; Hesham El Shazly, Director General of Execution Supervision; Mohamed Abd El Awy, Project Manager, along with journalists and media representatives.

Commenting on the agreement, Al Shennawy emphasized its significance in realizing the company’s vision of creating distinctive and sustainable real estate products. He highlighted the pride in collaborating with EGEC for engineering consultations.

Rashed expressed his delight in collaborating with ADVA, stating their satisfaction in overseeing the execution of the “ADVIDA” project, considered unique and promising in New Sheikh Zayed City.

Al Shennawy added that ADVA reinforces its position as a leading real estate development company through this strategic partnership. The collaboration emphasizes delivering outstanding, high-quality projects in Egypt, incorporating sustainable smart systems.

It’s worth noting that ADVA is gearing up to launch a new project on a 20-acre plot in New Sheikh Zayed City, which is expected to be introduced in the second half of the year after regulatory processes are completed.
