Saudi Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail will inaugurate the third edition of the Real Estate Future Forum in Riyadh from January 22 to 24 under the theme “The Power of Flexibility, Building a Sustainable and Flourishing Real Estate Future,” Invest-Gate reports.
More than 85 countries and 300 speakers representing both the public and private sectors, along with economists, investors, decision-makers, and real estate experts at the local and international levels, will participate in the forum.
Moreover, the third edition of the Real Estate Future Forum emphasizes the vital role of the real estate sector as a dynamic economic and social development sector.
The forum is a platform for knowledge exchange and experience sharing, especially amidst the Kingdom’s global real estate and urban development initiatives.
Furthermore, the forum provides an opportunity to discuss global best practices, the latest technologies, and ways to activate them, contributing to sustainable development for a more vibrant and radiant future. The event includes over 30 dialogue sessions and 25 strategic workshops.
Notably, the exhibition will showcase the latest advancements in real estate technologies, innovative real estate products, and financing solutions. Additionally, several alliances will be formed, and numerous agreements and memoranda of understanding will be signed, covering various aspects of the real estate system.
