Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El-Gazzar has announced a significant citizen response to the housing units offered in the New Garden City residential district in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.
Moreover, El-Gazzar stated that 1,435 individuals have paid the reservation deposit so far, pointing out the area’s old French-style architectural inspirations, resembling Downtown Cairo’s Garden City area.
“New Garden City will be a prominent feature in the New Administrative Capital, bringing a qualitative shift to Egypt’s urban landscape,” El-Gazzar added.
Covering 885 feddans, the district comprises 385 residential buildings with approximately 21,494 housing units, 513 commercial units, and 456 connected, semi-detached, and detached villas. It offers educational, recreational, commercial, sports, religious, and other services.
Notably, the booking, initiated days ago through City Edge Developments, remains open for citizens.
