Emaar Properties Showcases AI-Driven Project, Dubai Square

Emaar Properties has announced the detailed design of the Dubai Square project, positioning it as one of the most advanced projects globally, Invest-Gate reports.

The project integrates artificial intelligence (AI) into design, construction, and the creation of personalized customer experiences.

Following a workshop to finalize the project and commence construction, Mohamed Alabbar, Founder of Emaar Properties, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I believe we have created something truly exceptional. We not only incorporated highly advanced designs but also introduced unprecedented concepts in technology and entertainment. Through an in-depth study of shifting consumer behaviors in retail, we have applied these concepts and learned valuable lessons.”

Dubai Square is a comprehensive residential, hotel, and commercial city encompassing 10,000 residential units, over 1,500 hotel rooms, and a retail trade area spanning 7,500 sqm, approximately the size of the Dubai Mall.

The project will be connected to the new Dubai Creek Tower, with construction taking place simultaneously, providing a unique location in the heart of Dubai Creek. An underground extension will link the two projects seamlessly.

The project places a strong emphasis on family entertainment, offering free live shows in the futuristic Grand Plaza, an art area, a technologically enhanced Ice Adventure, and a rooftop water park.

Alabbar highlighted the significant role of AI in understanding consumer behavior and developing optimal engineering, architectural, and sustainability solutions.

Additionally, he emphasized the project’s potential to serve as a training ground for young architects and engineers, enabling them to contribute to one of the world’s most advanced retail and entertainment destinations.
