Real estate transactions in Dubai surpassed AED 12.1 bn last week, involving a total of 3,931 deals, Invest-Gate reports.

These transactions comprised 3,111 real estate sales valued at AED 9.4 bn, 686 mortgage deals totaling AED 2.1 bn, and 134 gift transactions amounting to AED 520.8 mn.

Among the deals, ready sales accounted for the majority, encompassing 1,395 transactions valued at AED 5.8 bn, which represented 61.6% of the total. Planned sales accounted for the remaining 38.3%, with a total value of AED 3.6 bn resulting from 1,716 deals.

In terms of sales value, the Dubai Investment Park 2 area took the lead for the second consecutive week, with a total of AED 693 mn generated from two deals. Business Bay secured the second position with AED 672 mn from 314 deals.

The week also witnessed several significant transactions, including the sale of a plot of land in Dubai Investment Park 2 for AED 691 mn, a villa in Dubai Hills sold for AED 114 mn, and an apartment in Palm Jumeirah sold for AED 95.5 mn.
