Roya Developments Launches “The Big Business District” Project in Fifth Settlement with EGP 60 Bn Sales Target

Roya Developments has announced its latest project, The Big Business District, located in the Fifth Settlement of New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The mixed-use project is launching its first phase (Cluster 1), which includes commercial, administrative units, and medical clinics covering an area of approximately 38,184 sqm, with a built-up area of around 90,500 sqm.

The Big Business District includes commercial, administrative, and hotel units of various sizes, featuring a facade of about 535 meters on the ring road, with a total targeted sales reach of up to EGP 60 bn.

Mohamed Adel, CEO of Roya Developments, stated that the launch of The Big Business District in New Cairo on the Ring Road reflects the company’s success in implementing its ambitious expansion strategy.
