In a significant development reflecting the strength of the Egyptian economy, MANAJ Developments has announced the launch of their latest real estate project, “Holm Residence New Cairo”, Invest-Gate reports.

The project boasts an impressive investment volume of EGP 5 bn and covers an estimated area of 34,000 sqm. Eng. Abd El Monem Ghita and Eng. Mohamed Hussein, the founders and executive directors of MANAJ Developments, provided further details on the Holm Residence New Cairo project. They highlighted that it will be constructed on a spacious area of up to 34,000 sqm and will comprise residential, hotel, and commercial units.

The project enjoys an exceptional location within New Cairo, situated on Southern 90th Street near the American University in Cairo (AUC) and in proximity to the Mohamed Naguib Axis and Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis. It was designed by the renowned architectural designer Hany Saad of Hany Saad Innovations.

Ghita and Hussein emphasized the project’s innovative architecture, which represents a transition from traditional construction methods to the creation of living spaces that embody the vibrancy of contemporary life, shaping the future of civilized living.

They further detailed that the project will include a commercial area, entertainment facilities, green spaces, landscaped seating areas, luxurious entrances, an advanced security system, and water features. In addition, MANAJ Developments has an expansive vision, with plans to launch two more projects during the current year of 2024.
