ACUD Chairman Hosts Iraqi, Omani Ministers at Company Pavilion During MIPIM 2024

The Administrative Capital for Urban Development’s (ACUD) pavilion at MIPIM 2024 witnessed a significant meeting between Eng. Khaled Abbas, ACUD Chairman and Managing Director; Bangen Rekani, Iraq’s Minister of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works; and Khalfan bin Saeed bin Mubarak al-Shueili, Omani Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, Invest-Gate reports.

Abbas stated, “MIPIM 2024 is one of the world’s largest real estate exhibitions, and the Capital City Urban Development Company has successfully participated in this event for the second consecutive year.”

During the meeting, Abbas highlighted the major developments and massive investments in the New Administrative Capital’s (NAC) infrastructure.

Also, he discussed the opportunities for exporting Egyptian real estate to Arab countries, especially after Egypt’s recent success in the real estate sector.

Furthermore, Abbas emphasized the exhibition’s significant international attendance, with major investors and developers worldwide discussing the latest trends in the real estate sector. The exhibition saw over 6,500 investors and more than 300 international foundations and real estate marketing companies from over 90 countries.

Moreover, the Iraqi and Omani ministers expressed their admiration for the remarkable developments in the NAC, expressing their desire to enhance cooperation with Egypt in urban development.

It’s worth mentioning that MIPIM is an international real estate exhibition held annually in France and is one of the most important global exhibitions in the real estate sector. The ACUD participated in this event as the executing company for the latest and largest new city built to the highest international standards, aiming to become Egypt’s new administrative and economic center.
