Al Riyadh Misr Developments has entered into a contract with The European Facilities Management Company (Voice-of-FM) to manage their projects in the cities of New Cairo and Shorouk, Invest-Gate reports.

The objective of this partnership is to ensure the utmost comfort and quality of life for customers residing in the company’s delivered projects. Voice-of-FM will be responsible for maintenance in buildings and landscaping, utilizing the latest contemporary methods.

The contract was signed by Mohamed Gamaa, Chairman of Al Riyadh Misr Developments, and Eng. Yasser Zannoun, Managing Director of Voice-of-FM, in the presence of officials from both companies.

Moreover, A field visit was organized for Voice-of-FM officials to the project sites in New Cairo and Shorouk, which have already been handed over to customers.
