The UAE’s developer Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) releases its first retail offering for investors to lease food and beverage and retail space at beachfront-living project in Abu Dhabi, Al Bawaba reports.

TDIC will offer more than 11,000 square meter of leasable space along the ground floor of the Mamsha Al-Saadiyat’s coastal promenade in Saadiyat Cultural District.

The available shop size ranges from 50 to 350 square meter approximately.

Mamsha Al-Saadiyat is currently under development, with expectations to be delivered by the second half of 2018.
