Schneider Electric, the global leader in energy management and automation digital transformation, has announced the global winners of the Schneider Electric Sustainability Impact Awards, Invest-Gate reports.
These exceptional companies were commended for their groundbreaking efforts in decarbonization, both within their organizations and beyond.
Launched in 2022, the awards aim to recognize the remarkable contributions of Schneider’s partner ecosystem in creating a more sustainable and electric world. This year, Schneider Electric expanded the eligibility criteria to include not only channel partners but also customers and suppliers.
The participants were evaluated based on their holistic approach to sustainability, encompassing their initiatives to Electrify, Reduce, and Replace, as well as their commitment to shaping an Electricity 4.0 future through Strategize, Digitize, and Decarbonize actions.
These efforts included enhancing energy efficiency, adopting digital tools and technologies, and showcasing impactful innovations. The selection criteria also considered broader endeavors to achieve net-zero targets by electrifying and digitizing operations.
Rohan Kelkar, EVP for Global Power Products at Schneider Electric, expressed the importance of the Sustainability Impact Awards in celebrating the valuable contributions made by customers and partners worldwide to decarbonize not only their own operations but also the wider community. He emphasized the significance of collaboration in achieving collective sustainability goals and the opportunity to learn from each other’s experiences.
Kelkar further added, “By opening the Awards to partners, customers, and suppliers this year, we hope that in sharing their stories, they will serve as inspiration to organizations worldwide embarking on their decarbonization journey.
