The real estate market in Dubai has witnessed a storm of transactions last with up to 4,431 deals, including 3,598 sales, 675 mortgages, and 158 gifts, all contributing to the impressive AED 13.6 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

Weekly sales were distributed among 354 land sales, 3,049 residential units, and 195 building sales. Mortgage deals were distributed with 175 for land, 680 for residential units, and 122 for buildings. Ras Al Khor Industrial Area topped sales value at AED 735 mn through 362 deals.

Palm Deira came second with 79 deals worth AED 729 million, followed by Burj Khalifa area with 588 deals totalling AED 101 mn, Dubai Creek Commercial Area with 251 deals worth AED 564 mn, and Dubai Maritime City with 193 deals worth AED 467 mn.
