Aqar Misr Developments has announced the launch of “The Ark,” the latest phase of Anakaji in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), comprising a total of 150 units of varying sizes, Invest-Gate reports.
Bahaa Hefazallah, General Manager of Aqar Misr Developments, emphasized that the final phase of the project holds special significance due to its proximity to the commercial center, club, and swimming pools. It offers a range of spaces, starting from one-room studios measuring 102 sqm up to 330 sqm for duplex units.
Furthermore, the company is currently presenting a special payment offer this month to commemorate the launch of the final phase, allowing for a 10% down payment and equal installments over an eight-year period.
Hefazallah also highlighted that the company has achieved 70% completion of the Anakaji project’s construction. The first phase, comprising 200 units, is scheduled for delivery by the end of this year, making it one of the initial deliveries in the R8 district of the NAC. The company is in the final stages of finishing the building facades, with elevators already installed and entrances completed. In the coming months, significant progress is expected in the landscape areas of the project.
Anakaji compound is situated in a highly sought-after area of R8, covering 20 acres and featuring ten residential buildings. Each building has four separate entrances, spanning from the ground floor to seven floors.
The project encompasses a total of 800 units, with an estimated investment cost of approximately EGP 1.4 bn. It also includes a social club, a cultural center, and ample green spaces, ensuring that the built-up area does not exceed 18% of the total area. The project incorporates modern designs tailored to diverse preferences.
Hefazallah added that the company is currently finalizing the design for its commercial project in the R8 area, encompassing commercial, medical, and administrative spaces. The project is scheduled for launch in Q4 2024, with Aqar Misr planning to invest EGP 250 mn into the Anakaji project during 2024.
