Eagle Group has announced a significant surge in demand for the initial offerings of Heaven Gardens project, and the company is now preparing to open reservations for the commercial section of the project, Invest-Gate reports.
Gamal Azer Ishaq, Chairman of Eagle Group, affirmed that the strong demand for the project validates the company’s ability to deliver the right product to its target customers, showcasing the project’s excellence in every aspect. He further elaborated that the upcoming commercial section, known as the Strip Mall, covers an area of 9,000 sqm and will host exclusive brands to cater to the project’s clientele.
Ishaq also revealed a strategic partnership with a leading telecommunications company to provide integrated telecommunications services, including “Triple Play” and smart services, which will be announced soon. This partnership will oversee the technological aspects of the project, aligning with the needs of customers who rely on technology in various aspects of their lives.
Sherif Helmy, Director of Eagle Group’s sales division, emphasized that Eagle Group aims to provide exceptional services in its projects and offer customers distinguished real estate products. The company also provides flexible payment systems and units of various sizes, ranging from one to four rooms, which have contributed to the high demand for the project.
