Doja Developments has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with FMPlus+ Property & Facility Management to establish strategic cooperation between the two companies for the management of all Doja Developments’ projects, both within and outside Egypt, Invest-Gate reports.

This initiative is part of Doja Developments’ plan to safeguard the value of its real estate assets and ensure the continued efficient operation of its projects, thereby preserving client investments in the units.

The MoU was formally signed by Mahmoud Adel, Chairman of Doja Developments, and Amr Hammad, Board Member and CEO of FMPlus+ Property & Facility Management, in the presence of officials from both companies.

Adel emphasized the vital role of property and facility management companies in the successful implementation of any project. He highlighted that the preservation of the considerable investments made by the company in its projects necessitates intelligent and sustainable project management through a specialized company.

Hammad affirmed that this collaboration is with Doja Developments and its portfolio of exceptional and diverse projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC). He further noted that Doja Developments possesses strong strategic visions and plans that enable them to continue executing innovative and distinctive projects in the real estate market.

Hammad explained that, under the terms of the MoU, FMPlus+ Property & Facility Management will assume responsibility for providing comprehensive property and facilities management solutions tailored to the specific needs of Doja’s projects. These services will add value to the investments and enhance the worth of the assets. He emphasized that his company will deliver exceptional facilities management services, encompassing operation and maintenance, security, cleaning, and other services.
