The Egyptian-Kuwaiti Real Estate Development Company, established nearly 40 years ago through a partnership between the Egyptian and Kuwaiti governments, has unveiled a strategic plan to make 2024 a milestone year, Invest-Gate reports.

The strategy includes launching a diverse portfolio of projects, restructuring the company, and recruiting new talent to reinforce its market-leading position.

For his part, Yousry Selim, Managing Director of the Egyptian Kuwaiti Real Estate Development Co, stated that the implementation of this plan will commence with introducing a range of projects in East and West Cairo. These efforts aim to position the company at the forefront of real estate development in Egypt and the Arab world, aligning with Egypt’s Vision 2030.

Moreover, Mohamed Aloui, general consultant for the Egyptian Kuwaiti Real Estate Development Company, highlighted the launch of a notable project in the heart of Taj City, with investments amounting to EGP1.5 bn.

Furthermore, this exceptional project, designed to the highest quality standards, is known as NOBLE RESIDENCE. The development spans 25 feddans and is a fully integrated residential community comprising 180 units, including villas, twin houses, and townhouses. Approximately 50% of the project has already been completed, with deliveries scheduled to start by the end of 2026.

Alawi emphasized that the company’s experienced and skilled workforce ensures high-quality execution. Prioritizing project execution before marketing guarantees potential buyers a realistic view of the units before purchase.

Notably, Arc Plan, a renowned consultancy firm in the real estate market, crafted the architectural design for NOBLE RESIDENCE.
