UAE’s developer Arada has launched a villa community project in Sharjah, Trade Arabia reports.

The company released a total of 84 homes in its new Anber Community for sale on October 14 at the Radisson Blu Resort in Sharjah, offering exclusive payment plans and incentives.

The project comprises a wide variety of two-, three-, and four-bedroom villas and townhouses, with extensive gardens and direct access to a lush and landscaped private park.
