Global Pioneer Investment and Development, under the leadership of Eng. Samy Sayed, inaugurated their latest commercial project, Pioneer Plaza, in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

This project stands as the first fully completed and operational mall with all its facilities connected in the NAC.

During the opening ceremony, the first Regus headquarters in the New Administrative Capital was unveiled within the Pioneer Plaza project. Eng. Khaled Abbas, Chairman of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD); Ambassador Maryam Al-Kaabi, UAE Ambassador to Egypt; Representative Abdel Hadi Al-Qasabi, Member of the House of Representatives; and Mr. Marc Descrozaille, CEO of Regus in the Middle East and Africa, were among the distinguished guests attending the event.

Ambassador Maryam Al-Kaabi, UAE Ambassador to Egypt, highlighted the exemplary relations between Egypt and the UAE, serving as a model for Arab relations. She noted that the Pioneer Plaza project is a testament to the joint efforts of Egypt and the UAE in the NAC.

Eng. Khaled Abbas, Chairman of ACUD, stated that the NAC represents a significant leap in sustainable development, serving as a smart city model that attracts foreign investments and fosters international and local partnerships. The aim is to establish a modern city that caters to the needs of investors. ACUD is fully prepared to provide support to all investors presenting projects in the NAC, offering assistance to real estate developers and facilitating the completion of their applications in Egypt.

Mr. Marc Descrozaille, CEO of Regus in the Middle East and Africa, expressed that Global Pioneer shares a common and ambitious vision with Regus, leading them to collaborate on establishing a company headquarters in the NAC’s Pioneer Plaza project. He emphasized Global Pioneer’s commitment to sustainability and continuous development in all their projects.

Eng. Samy Sayed, Chairman of Global Pioneer Investment and Development, revealed that the company was established in the UAE in 2002 with the goal of providing valuable real estate products that cater to customers and investors. He confirmed the company’s presence in 10 countries across Europe, Asia, and Africa, engaging in real estate investments that span residential, commercial, administrative, and educational projects.

Sayed further explained that the Pioneer Plaza project is the first of its kind, encompassing commercial, administrative, and medical facilities, all seamlessly connected. Spanning an estimated area of 25,000 sqm, the project comprises a basement, ground floor, and seven upper floors, with parking facilities accommodating approximately 300 cars.
