Saudi Arabia’s Real Estate General Authority (REGA) is set to launch the Real Estate Brokerage Forum and its accompanying exhibition on Wednesday, July 17, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, Invest-Gate reports.
This event coincides with the first anniversary of the system’s implementation.
The forum will address opportunities and areas for development in the real estate market, featuring a distinguished lineup of experts and stakeholders in the sector. It aims to contribute to the industry’s growth and aspirations.
REGA has underlined that the ‘Real Estate Brokerage Forum’ will be a comprehensive platform. It will showcase the brokerage system’s updates over the past year, host panel discussions on opportunities and challenges in the sector, highlight successful real estate platforms, and stress the importance of compliance with real estate laws to enhance reliability and transparency.
The inaugural forum is part of ongoing efforts to develop real estate brokerage activities and build a robust sector that supports economic growth and aligns with the comprehensive strategic goals of the real estate sector.
The accompanying exhibition will introduce real estate activities, feature sections for users of the brokerage platform, services from the Real Estate Institute, and a Q&A section to serve partners, promoting the real estate sector’s messages and raising awareness of relevant regulations and strategies.
