Times Development has announced the ongoing execution phases of its Avelin Residence project, located in New Cairo near Rehab City, Invest-Gate reports.
CEO Ahmed El Sergany highlighted that Avelin Residence is a comprehensive residential project spanning 26 feddans (approximately 110,000 sqm). Positioned as a significant landmark in New Cairo, the project benefits from a prime location minutes away from the American University in Cairo.
