Spanning an expansive 180-acre footprint at kilometer 186, Safia represents a total investment of EGP 30 bn. The project showcases distinctive architectural designs, featuring elevations ranging from 3 m to 40 m above sea level, affording every unit breathtaking panoramic sea views. IL Cazar aims to commence project deliveries by 2029.
