Tharaa Developments enters the Egyptian real estate market, unveiling two major projects with a total investment of EGP 22 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

The company’s shareholders include prominent figures such as Islam Hashim, the Chairman of Tharaa Developments and CEO of Contract Construction CD; Sherif Badr, who boasts over 36 years of experience in construction, project management, and strategic management within major real estate development firms; and Mohamed El-Kashef, a seasoned businessman with extensive experience in real estate investment, engineering services, and hospitality management. El-Kashef oversees Alba Homes’ operations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, and serves as Red Sea Hotels’s CEO.

For his part, chairman Islam Hashim announced that Tharaa Developments was launched with a paid-up capital of EGP 1 bn. The company specializes in integrated residential and tourist projects.

Moreover, its strong shareholder structure, comprising real estate development and contracting experts, sets a robust foundation for its ambitious ventures.

Furthermore, Ahmed Zayed, CEO of Tharaa Developments, detailed the first project located in the North Coast. This beachfront property has been meticulously planned to provide a unique and comprehensive residential and tourist experience.

Mohamed Attia, Head of Sales at Tharaa Developments, emphasized the company’s commitment to offering distinctive real estate products at competitive prices. These offerings are based on thorough market research considering market developments and client needs.
