Zaytoun Development has announced a new collaboration with Inspire Management and Operation Company, further enriching the roster of successful partners involved in the company’s groundbreaking project, Inizio, located in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.
The agreement was formally executed by Ahmed Zaytoun, Chairman of Zaytoun Development; and Mohamed Zaki, Development Manager at Inspire Management and Operation Company, in the presence of representatives from both entities.
Ahmed Zaytoun, Chairman of Zaytoun Development, emphasized the significance of this collaboration, stating that by partnering with Inspire, Zaytoun Development has added yet another esteemed partner to the Inizio project.
He highlighted Inspire’s standing as a leading entity in managing and operating real estate ventures across Egypt and the Middle East, underscoring that Inspire will now oversee the management, operation, and organization of the Inizio project in the NAC.
Zaytoun further noted that this partnership aligns seamlessly with the project’s progress, with construction nearing completion at over 95% and deliveries commencing as per the designated schedule. He also revealed that the project’s construction timeline is tracking in parallel with its marketing strategy, with more than 90% of the units already spoken for.
Detailing the Inizio project, Zaytoun described it as a commercial and administrative undertaking spread across 10,500 sqm, featuring 180 units of varying sizes. Strategically situated in the financial district within the Stock Exchange area, the project’s prime location amidst bank headquarters and government ministries promises optimal returns on investment for clients.
Mohamed Essam, CEO of Inspire Management and Operations, conveyed the company’s commitment to collaborating with Zaytoun Development on the Inizio project, a venture characterized by its excellence across all facets.
Essam highlighted the project’s strategic positioning and the involvement of seasoned partners with substantial industry experience. He emphasized Inspire’s robust operational strategies designed to uphold the project’s quality and competitive edge throughout its lifecycle.
