Ahmed El Sayed, Chairman of Golden View Developments, attributed the heightened interest in the project to its strategic location, unique design, and collaboration with esteemed partners for its execution. The project comprises a commercial, administrative, and medical complex spanning 10,000 sqm, encompassing a ground floor and three additional levels. The ground and first floors are designated for commercial endeavors, while the second and third floors are reserved for administrative and medical purposes.
The project’s strategic placement in the South Academy area assures optimal occupancy rates and high demand across various activities, given its proximity to Cairo Festival City and the Police Academy.
