Hassan also noted that Alchemy Developments recently acquired Enmaa Real Estate Development, a leading company known for delivering comprehensive projects covering all construction and finishing aspects.

Moreover, Tarek El Nabrawy, Chairman of Premier Development, described the partnership as a pioneering alliance that will create a stronger, more formidable entity capable of delivering innovative and distinguished projects.

Furthermore, El Nabrawy emphasized that Premier, established in 2010, has consistently demonstrated its ability to offer high-quality projects, such as the Sanssa North Coast village, known for its modern designs, stunning views, competitive pricing, and flexible payment plans.

Notably, this alliance marks a significant step towards elevating the quality and value of real estate developments in Egypt.
