Dubai Developments Introduces “Lumia Lagoons” as Fourth Project in NAC

Dubai Developments has unveiled its fourth project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), named “Lumia Lagoons,” spanning 37 feddans in the R8 area, Invest-Gate reports.

Abdul Fattah Al Murr, Chairman of Dubai Developments, expressed confidence in the NAC’s potential for success since the company’s initial investments, evidenced by the successful launch of three diverse projects within the city. The introduction of the fourth project further solidifies this confidence and caters to the demands of customers seeking distinctive developments.

“Lumia Lagoons” is an integrated residential project offering unobstructed views from all units. Situated adjacent to two prominent service areas housing schools, service centers, commercial hubs, hotels, mosques, and medical facilities, the project boasts an array of services aimed at ensuring an exceptional living experience for residents.

The project features a 4,800-sqm sports club, sports facilities, a restaurant and cafe area, and hotel amenities for residents, along with additional services like a children’s playground, parking facilities, a security system, and bicycle paths. An upcoming surprise announcement, a first for the NAC, awaits unveiling as part of the project’s unique offerings.

Notably, Lumia Lagoons introduces the first crystal lake in the NAC, managed by a globally renowned company specializing in crystal lake implementations—a pioneering feature in residential projects within the NAC, aligning with Dubai Developments’ commitment to offering unparalleled experiences to its clientele.

Al Murr emphasized collaboration with esteemed partners to ensure the project adheres to the highest standards of quality and excellence. Key collaborations include engaging Mohamed Talaat Architects (MTA) as the engineering consultant, Okoplan as the landscape consultant, and Itqan Consulting and Business Development Company as the financial and commercial consultant. PCE-Waleed El Sweedy has been entrusted with overseeing the project’s electromechanical works.

The project encompasses units of varying sizes, ranging from 54 sqm for studios to larger two-bedroom, three-bedroom, Lagoon Garden House, and Lagoon Sky House units. Units are delivered in a semi-finished state, with Dubai Developments offering flexible payment options starting from a 10% down payment over eight years, alongside cash discounts of up to 30%.
