Dubai Land Department (DLD) announced on Monday that it has suspended 10 property owners from renting or re-renting their properties due to non-compliance with occupancy, health, and safety regulations, Invest-Gate reports.
Moreover, this action follows extensive inspection campaigns conducted in collaboration with strategic partners.
Furthermore, the DLD’s decision comes after repeated violations by these owners, despite multiple warnings to rectify their situations and comply with the regulatory framework essential for the stability of Dubai’s real estate market.
According to the DLD’s “Dubai REST” app, 4,624 transactions were recorded in Dubai’s real estate market last week, exceeding AED 13.1 bn.
