Ali Gaber, Chief Commercial Officer of Master Group, has announced the launch of the company’s latest project, “Wanas,” located in the North Coast, Invest-Gate reports.

Positioned 70 kilometers from Alexandria and 12 kilometers from Alamein, the project boasts a prime location, making it one of the most distinguished areas along the North Coast.

During a phone interview on the “Elly Bana Masr” radio show with host Marwa El Haddad, Gaber explained that “Wanas” aims to revive the traditional concept of summer vacations by blending the charm of classic resorts with modern amenities and technology.

Moreover, the project seeks to combine the nostalgic appeal of old-fashioned Egyptian vacations with the enhanced services and conveniences of contemporary resorts, offering a unique experience catering to a broad population segment.

Gaber emphasized that “Wanas” is designed to be accessible to many Egyptians, offering competitively priced units with flexible payment plans. The development features a variety of accommodation options, from studios and single-room chalets to larger, hotel-style units. Additionally, the project includes a hotel, a shopping mall, an aqua park, and a crystal lagoon with artificial waves, among other amenities.

Furthermore, addressing the competitive landscape of the North Coast, Gaber noted that while the market presents challenges, it also drives innovation. He expressed confidence in the ability of Egyptian developers to rise to these challenges, highlighting that the presence of international developers in the region only encourages local companies to improve and innovate continuously.

Notably, Gaber emphasized that increased competition benefits the industry, pushing everyone to deliver better quality and creativity in their projects.
