Al-Safwa Development has announced its inaugural venture into real estate investment with the “Laverta Bay” project in Ras El Hekma on the North Coast, Invest-Gate reports.

This project is part of an ambitious expansion strategy aimed at solidifying the company’s presence in real estate development.

Hussein El Gendy, Director of Al-Safwa Development, emphasized the company’s robust and diverse experience in the construction sector, successfully delivering various projects for both public and private entities to the highest standards of quality. Leveraging this extensive experience and amidst a landscape of promising investment prospects, the company made the strategic move into real estate investment.

El Gendy further detailed that “Laverta Bay,” spanning an area of 18 feddans, features a sandy beach area tailored for customers. The project comprises buildings structured with ground floor gardens, first and second floors, all meticulously designed with a contemporary “ultra-modern” aesthetic. The project is handed over fully finished, meeting rigorous quality benchmarks.

Ibrahim Abdel Razek, General Manager of Al-Safwa Development, highlighted the company’s prominent position in executing contracting, public works, and road infrastructure projects, which have collectively enriched its breadth of expertise.
