UAE’s developer Omniyat plans to open its luxury hotel in Downtown Dubai during the third quarter of 2020, concurring with Expo 2020 Dubai, Trade Arabia reports.

The Langham Hotel will be “a 167-room hotel with 239 fully-serviced luxury residences, ranging from one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites to duplex penthouses,” according to the developer.

The company will hold a Langham-style experiential demonstration for the public in Dubai on November 6.

“This will be the first opportunity for potential buyers to invest in Langham Place Residences, Downtown Dubai,” the company says.

Omniyat is offering 8% guaranteed return on the high-end apartments.
