In an unprecedented move, A Capital Holding, a leading real estate developer in Egypt, has announced a strategic partnership with Orange Egypt, the top integrated telecommunications provider, to equip its new project, “Marriott Residence Heliopolis,” with advanced smart city technologies, Invest-Gate reports.
Moreover, this collaboration aims to set new standards in modern living by integrating cutting-edge automation systems and high-speed internet services, including Triple Play technology that enables home automation via the Internet of Things (IoT).
For his part, Salah Amer, CEO of A Capital Holding, emphasized that the partnership with Orange Egypt reflects the company’s commitment to offering state-of-the-art technological solutions. “Choosing Orange as our tech partner aligns with our goal to deliver an enhanced living experience that matches Marriott’s global management standards,” he said.
Furthermore, located in one of Heliopolis’ prime areas, the “Marriott Residence Heliopolis” spans 258,000 square meters and will feature around 2,000 units. Residents will benefit from luxurious home automation systems and integrated services, including high-speed internet, IPTV, and fixed-line telephone services powered by fiber-optic cables.
Also, Hisham Mahran, Chief Business Officer at Orange Egypt, noted that this agreement highlights the growing demand for smart residential communities. “Providing these advanced services is no longer a luxury but a necessity in today’s fast-paced world,” said Mahran.
Marriott International manages the Marriott Residence Heliopolis, and A Capital Holding has enlisted renowned global firms, including WATG for architecture and Kristina Zanic for interior design, to ensure the project meets the highest international standards.
