SODIC, a leading real estate developer, will host its annual charity run on Friday, September 13th, from 7 am to 12 pm at SODIC West, Invest-Gate reports.

The TriFactory organizes the event, which aims to raise funds for the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation. It is held under the Ministry of Youth & Sports auspices and is supervised by the Egyptian Athletics Federation.

Moreover, the event, a favourite among Egypt’s running community, offers three race options: a 10km, a 5km, and a 3km fun run. This makes it suitable for participants of all ages and fitness levels. The family-friendly run encourages health and wellness while contributing to a worthy cause.

For his part, Ayman Amer, SODIC’s General Manager, expressed excitement about the event, stating, “We are thrilled to host the SODIC Charity Run for the second consecutive year as part of our ongoing support for the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation. This event highlights SODIC’s commitment to giving back and engaging our communities in activities that promote health and wellbeing.”

Furthermore, this year’s run will again support the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation and the groundbreaking work at the Aswan Heart Centre.

Also, the foundation was the beneficiary of the first-ever SODIC Charity Run in 2017 and has been a longstanding partner with The TriFactory, including during the Aswan Marathon in 2017 and 2018.
