Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has inspected the progress of residential unit deliveries in various housing projects in New Alamein City, including the Latin District, Mazarin Compound, beach towers, and middle-income “Sakan Misr” units, Invest-Gate reports.

He was accompanied by officials from the ministry, the New Urban Communities Authority, and the city’s development authority.

El Sherbini emphasized the importance of adhering to the scheduled timelines for unit handovers and urged the swift completion of finishing touches, landscaping, and other site works to meet the delivery deadlines.

The minister also reviewed the progress of the “Housing for All Egyptians” initiative and other ongoing residential projects, villas, utilities, and infrastructure within the Mazarin Compound, directing teams to expedite work to ensure timely handovers to buyers.
