SUD for Urban Development has announced its participation in the 13th edition of Cityscape Egypt 2024, set to take place from September 25 to 28 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in the Fifth Settlement, Invest-Gate reports.

During the Cityscape exhibition, SUD for Urban Development will provide exclusive offers to customers, including discounts of up to 25% on select projects. Additionally, the company will be gifting customers gold bars weighing between 10 to 30 gm.

Ali Shalaby, a Board Member of SUD for Urban Development, emphasized the company’s commitment to engaging in major exhibitions both within and outside Egypt. This direct interaction with customers enables the company to understand market needs effectively, ensuring the continuous improvement of its products and the delivery of projects that add significant value to the real estate sector.

Shalaby highlighted that SUD for Urban Development will showcase several distinguished projects at Cityscape Egypt 2024, including their latest venture, SUD Pixel. Launched recently, SUD Pixel has garnered substantial success since its introduction, showcasing the project’s uniqueness and fostering customer confidence in the company.

Moreover, despite high demand for the SUD Pixel project, Al Safwa Urban Development (SUD) has decided not to increase prices for the phase presented at Cityscape Egypt 2024. This decision, viewed as a special offering to customers during the exhibition, may see prices adjusted post the event’s conclusion.

The SUD Pixel project, the debut project of Al Safwa Urban Development in New Cairo, occupies a prime location in the vibrant area of the Fifth Settlement, situated between the northern and southern 90th Streets in the banks area, adjacent to the National Bank and the Administrative Prosecution.

Youssef Shalaby, another Board Member of Al Safwa Urban Development (SUD), highlighted that the company offers flexible payment plans extending up to six years for its customers. The company meticulously structures installment periods and prioritizes project completion adherence to timelines.

Furthermore, during Cityscape Egypt 2024, SUD for Urban Development is presenting units from its projects in the New Administrative Capital, Capital Heights 1 and Capital Heights 2, with discounts up to 20% and 25% on units from both projects during the exhibition, requiring only a 10% down payment.
