The company has commenced handovers for the initial phase of the Park Lane project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), aiming to finalize 500 units by the close of 2024.
Simultaneously, construction efforts are swiftly advancing for the West Leaves project in West Cairo, with completion currently standing at 30% of the project’s total construction.
Furthermore, groundwork for the 101 project in Mostakbal City is slated to kick off in the first quarter of 2025.
Moreover, El-Attal Holding is gearing up for its participation in the upcoming Cityscape Egypt exhibition. The company plans to roll out a suite of enticing promotions, including diverse facilities and flexible payment schemes for the 101 project, requiring a mere 5% down payment with the remaining balance spread over nine years. Similarly, for the West Leaves project, a 10% down payment is needed, with the remainder payable over a 10-year period.
