Residence Developments has unveiled Redville, the fourth and most distinctive phase of its flagship coastal project, Aroma Ain Sokhna, featuring exceptional specifications, a range of premium services, and captivating designs that position the project as a standout development in the region, Invest-Gate reports.

Wael El Shahed, CEO of Residence Developments, highlighted that the Aroma Ain Sokhna project boasts a unique essence unlike any other, with each phase offering distinct advantages tailored to cater to the varied preferences of customers. The fourth phase, spanning 25 feddans, targets sales of EGP 2.5 bn.

El Shahed emphasized that the fourth phase stands out for its unique architectural designs blending modern Greek aesthetics with lush greenery and vibrant red climbing roses, reflecting the energy and allure that define this segment. With unit sizes ranging from 85 to 130 sqm at competitive prices, featuring one to two-bedroom layouts to accommodate diverse customer needs, the phase also provides a host of premium services.

Moreover, El Shahed noted that the fourth phase inherits all the exceptional qualities of the Aroma Ain Sokhna project, establishing it as a key development in the area. Situated at kilometer 34 on the Sokhna-Suez Road, a mere 12 km from the gates and just a 30-minute drive from the New Administrative Capital, the project enjoys proximity to major tourist and service establishments.

Spanning 85 feddans divided into four phases, the project has successfully delivered and operationalized the first and second phases since 2018. Progress on the third phase has reached 100% completion for building blocks, with finishing touches currently underway for a scheduled completion by the end of 2024.

The company is set to commence construction on the fourth phase, offering fully finished units with air conditioning. These units will be showcased at the Cityscape Egypt exhibition with exclusive and competitive facilities and prices for a limited period throughout the event.
