Master Group has announced the commencement of unit deliveries at its flagship project, “The City,” in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

This milestone coincides with the company’s participation in Cityscape 2024, held from September 25 to 28. The event marks a significant achievement, reflecting Master Group’s commitment to its clients and impressive construction progress.

For his part, Mohammed Lashen, Chairman of Master Group, emphasized that the construction of “The City” has reached advanced stages, in line with the agreed timelines. He highlighted the company’s dedication to core values of credibility and commitment, ensuring that the client’s needs are met on time and that the project proceeds according to plan.

Moreover, Lashen added that clients from the first phase have already begun customizing their units, with monthly handovers scheduled to continue this month. The City project, spanning 54 acres and investing EGP 7 bn, was designed by leading engineering firms in London. It offers luxury living through modern architectural designs and high safety standards.

Furthermore, Master Group’s second project, “The Club City Oval,” located in the prime R8 area of the New Administrative Capital, is part of the company’s ambitious expansion in Egypt. This follows the successful completion and full sale of “The City,” which attracted strong customer demand.
