Sorouh Developments has showcased its latest project, Rosevil, during Cityscape Egypt 2024, along with a diverse portfolio of other projects, Invest-Gate reports.

The company is offering exclusive units and flexible payment plans, providing clients unique investment opportunities throughout the exhibition.

Walid Alamy, Chairman of Sorouh Developments, revealed that Rosevil will highlight the company’s offerings at the exhibition. He added, “This project is part of our ambitious investment plan to launch a series of high-quality projects soon.”

Moreover, Alamy emphasized that alongside the launch of Rosevil, Sorouh Developments has made significant progress on its existing projects, reflecting the company’s commitment to its expansion plans and contract obligations. He noted that the real estate market in Egypt is experiencing strong growth, attracting local and foreign investments.

Furthermore, Ahmed Harby, Development Director at Sorouh, explained that Rosevil is a fully integrated residential project in the R7 district of the New Administrative Capital. Spanning 22 feddans, it is located just 20 minutes from New Cairo and near key roads such as the Sokhna and Suez roads, making it a prime investment opportunity.

Mohamed Al-Nour, Sales Manager at Sorouh, highlighted the company’s strategy of offering competitive payment plans and flexible options to meet clients’ needs. He added that Entrada and Entrada Avenue, two of the company’s flagship projects in the New Administrative Capital, are progressing well, with a total investment of EGP 10 bn.
