Mohamed Ghobashy, Chairman of Scope Developments and a Board Member of the Egyptian Society of Real Estate Appraisers, emphasized Cityscape’s significance as a prime opportunity for clients to engage with leading developers and secure exclusive deals available only during the exhibition. “Clients are now more discerning and capable of making informed choices despite the strong competition,” Ghobashy noted.

Moreover, at the event, Scope Developments will launch the final phase of its Zoom Plaza project and the second phase of Aisle 90, offering prime units in both developments.

Furthermore, Scope has also delivered more than 32 residential projects, underscoring its deep understanding of the real estate market and its commitment to meeting the highest engineering and legal standards.

Since its inception, Scope Developments has focused on delivering top-tier residential projects, particularly in New Cairo. Its first major project, Zoom Plaza, was launched in late 2022 as a commercial, administrative, and medical complex in the South Academy area of New Cairo.

Notably, the company will be present in Hall 1, offering competitive payment plans with a 0% down payment, up to seven years of installments, and discounts of up to 25% on select projects.
