El Maadi Engineering and Contracting, a subsidiary of the Holding Company for Construction and Development, has announced the launch of new units in the second phase of its “Golden Park” project, located along the Cairo-Ismailia Desert Road, Invest-Gate reports.
The company offers a range of unit sizes and flexible payment plans to cater to a broad customer base.
For his part, Ahmed El Alfy, CEO of El Maadi Engineering, explained that the company’s new strategy focuses on delivering quality real estate products with flexible payment options, targeting the middle-income segment. “Golden Park” is a fully integrated residential compound near Adly Mansour Metro Station, just minutes from Cairo Airport.
Moreover, the project is being developed in two phases. The first phase’s infrastructure is underway, and the second phase is set to be completed within two and a half years.
Furthermore, the development includes “Golden Mall,” a commercial and administrative mall currently in the design phase, slated for launch in early 2025. El Maadi Engineering plans to introduce various marketing strategies to promote the entire project, emphasizing the company’s leadership in providing innovative housing solutions for the middle-income market.
Hesham El Sabagh, Commercial Manager, highlighted the unique location of the new units along the Cairo-Ismailia Desert Road, with unit sizes starting at 98 square meters. Customers can secure units with a 10% down payment and installments over eight years, offering competitive pricing. The project also includes a social club, dedicated parking, and an administrative-commercial mall, ensuring a convenient and high-quality lifestyle for residents.
