Modon Developments has captured the attention of attendees at Cityscape Egypt 2024, hosted at the Egypt International Exhibition and Convention Center in the Fifth Settlement, Invest-Gate reports.

The company showcased its projects in prominent locations such as the New Administrative Capital (NAC), New Cairo, and 6th of October.

Ahmed Osama, CEO of Modon Developments, announced that the company is presenting exclusive offers on its projects at the Cityscape Exhibition.

He further revealed the launch of their newest endeavor, Villagio Compound, spanning 40 feddans in the esteemed Golden Square area of 6th of October. This development exclusively features villas and is strategically positioned adjacent to El-Gezira Club. The initial villas in the project are now available with installment plans extending up to 10 years.

In addition, MODON Developments had previously introduced Boutique Village and Boutique Business Village projects within the Golden Square area of New Cairo.

Furthermore, Modon Developments has successfully completed the construction of a school in the NAC. The company has attained top implementation rates across six key projects in the NAC, including The Tower, Modon Hotel & Residence, Modon Mega Tower, Central Iconic Tower, Green River Tower, and M Business Tower.
