Contact Developments’ participation in Cityscape 2024 could not be described as anything other than impressive with a variety of projects and attractive packages capturing visitors far and wide, Invest-Gate reports.

At the exhibition, which took place from September 25 to 28 in the Egypt International Exhibition Center, Ahmed Fekry, Chairman of Contact Developments, highlighted the company’s presence at Cityscape Egypt 2024, showcasing several notable projects, including their latest venture, Upove Community. This recently launched project has garnered significant success since its introduction a few months ago.

Fekry elaborated that the project located in Sheikh Zayed City spans 10 feddans (approximately 42,000 sqm), positioned 500 m from Dahshur Link Road and in close proximity to Arkan Plaza and Mall of Arabia. The strategic location ensures convenient access to essential amenities and vital areas.

The chairman emphasized the project’s distinctiveness in terms of its layout, varied spatial offerings, and architecturally diverse designs. During the exhibition, Contact Developments has introduced customer-friendly payment plans, such as a 0% down payment, discounts of up to 15%, flexible payment terms extending up to 9 years, and a substantial 40% cash discount on all units.

Additionally, Fekry revealed that the company is also featuring units from four projects in the New Administrative Capital at Cityscape Egypt 2024, namely “Mercury Business Complex,” “Eval Towers,” “Cayo Mall,” and “Quan Tower.”

These projects are accompanied by discounts ranging from 25% to 30% on all showcased units during the exhibition, with a 0% down payment option. The offered discounts vary between 20% and 80% across the projects.
