The Housing Ministry is offering land plots in 23 new cities to implement investment service projects, Invest-Gate reports.

The lands range between 252 to 113,400 square meters, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly says in a press statement.

Serious buyers will have to pay 5% of the land’s value, ranging from EGP 32,700 to EGP 10.860 mn.

Terms and conditions booklets will be available as of November 22, according to the statement.
