Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Sherif El Sherbini has announced the largest release of immediate delivery residential units, comprising 6,575 units across 15 new cities, Invest-Gate reports.

These cities include New Cairo, New Alamein, New Mansoura, 6th of October, New October, October Gardens, Badr, Obour, Shorouk, 10th of Ramadan, Sadat, New Minya, New West Qena, Nasser “West Assiut,” and New Damietta.

El Sherbini underscored that, in alignment with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s directives, the Ministry of Housing, through the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), is expanding the range of residential units of different types to meet the growing demand in new cities. This initiative aims to spur development, cater to the property ownership aspirations of citizens across all demographics, and foster the necessary progress.

Furthermore, El Sherbini highlighted that the available units encompass Sakan Misr, Dar Misr, Ganna, Distinguished Housing, and other categories to cater to the diverse preferences of citizens.

Hassan El-Shorbagi, Vice President of NUCA for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, elucidated that details regarding the offering conditions, reservation procedures, locations, dimensions, pricing, payment modalities, and terms and conditions will be accessible on the Housing Units Offering Program for Individuals “Maskan” website from October 27, 2024, until December 26, 2024. The date and venue for the manual public draw among applicants will be disclosed at a later stage.
